The next quarterly business meetings (normally held at UK NEQAS, Birmingham Research Park, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 2SQ) are scheduled for:

15th July 2009 (includes the AGM)
14th October 2009 

Symposia and Workshops on Quality matters

Our next event is the AGM on 15th July 2009 at UK NEQAS Birmingham.

For all events, please complete the registration form below, making a separate submission for each event.

Quarterly meetings are free of charge, but for Symposia and Workshops it is necessary to charge a fee to cover venue costs.  This charge is indicated in the payment type list.

Please note that in order to reduce costs and administration, we are currently unable to invoice registrants or process departmental purchase orders

By checking the 'Agreement' check box you agree to attend the meeting and pay the appropriate fee in advance.

Please note that all Association members, including Officers, must register for activities using this Form

Please make cheques payable to "WMCLQM Association"

For charged events, please send cheques in an envelope marked "private & confidential" to:

Please write the name and address (exactly as submitted on this form) of the person covered by the cheque on the back of the cheque.  If the cheque covers more than one person, please attach a note listing them all.
